Product grading system
We continually review and refine our grading standards. We strive to make every machine we renew an A Grade product but are sometimes limited by certain practicalities. We differentiate between the grades so that you, our customer, can be 100 percent sure that the product you order from us will match or exceed your expectations.
Grade A laptops
- Thoroughly cleaned inside and out
- Refinished lid
- Refinished palm rest
- Included touchpad and buttons
- Refinished underside
- Reprinted keyboard using UV technology
- UV printing provides a wear resistant finish
- New installation of Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
- Brand new packaged box with inflatable end caps
- 12 months warranty (Extendable to 3 years)
Grade B laptops
- As grade A but will have one or two minor scratches or marks
- No deep scratches or marks
Grade C laptops
- As grade A but will have a number of marks or scratches
- May have minor cosmetic damage
- Images can be provided on request
- Possible minor marks or blemishes to the screen
Grade A desktops
- Thoroughly cleaned inside and out
- Exterior case refinished to unmarked condition
- New installation of Windows 10
- Brand new packaged box
- Front panel can have one or two minor marks
Grade B desktops
- As grade A but will have one or two marks on the outer case
Grade C desktops
- As grade A but may have several scratches, marks, small dents to case or front panel
- Images can be provided on request
